Cascading Changes

The Cascade button applies the current section’s settings to all sub‑organizations.

What it Does

• Pushes the parent organization’s configuration down the hierarchy

• Applies only to the section you’re in (e.g., Payload Configs), not to all of Organization Settings

When to Use

• To ensure consistent behavior across clinics or departments without having to edit each org individually

Scope & Safety Tips

• Configure settings at the parent level, then Cascade

• Notify sub-org admins before applying—cascading will overwrite any conflicting child values for that section

• For local exceptions, make child edits after cascading
