Keyboard Navigation for Tabbed Reporting

RADPAIR supports efficient keyboard navigation for tabbed reporting with the following shortcuts:

Text Segment Navigation

• Ctrl + Period (.): Move to the next text segment

• Ctrl + Comma (,): Move to the previous text segment

Text segments refer to individual blocks of text content within your report that can be selected and dictated into.

Form Field Navigation

• Tab: Move to the next form field

• Shift + Tab: Move to the previous form field

Form fields are placeholder areas in your template that are enclosed in brackets, such as: Examples of form fields:

• Square brackets: [Without or With], [_laterality_], [Generic Bone]

• Curly braces: {_views_},

• Parentheses: (_laterality_)

These keyboard shortcuts allow you to quickly navigate between different sections of your report for efficient dictation and editing without using the mouse.

Alternative Navigation Methods

You can also use the navigation buttons in the toolbar to move between form fields and text segments if you prefer using the mouse or need an alternative to keyboard shortcuts.
