This involves reviewing your current key radiology reporting processes and documenting future processes that incorporate a combination of process changes and RADPAIR system changes.

Review and document your current radiology reporting workflows, including:

• Study acquisition and routing

• Report creation and editing

• Signature and approval workflows

• Report distribution

Complete Organizational Questionnaire

Work through the organizational questionnaire in the RADPAIR Implementation Workbook to capture your specific requirements and preferences.

Design Future State

Define the future state processes that incorporate RADPAIR capabilities along with any necessary process changes.

Gap Analysis

Gap analysis compares current and future system functionality to identify, track, and manage gaps throughout the implementation.
